You can edit "Active LifeStyle" Or "Persona" selected icons by clicking on the Person icon located in the upper right. Then select "Edit Contact". Search for the name you are looking for under the "Action button" and select new pictures, then save.

Why don't I see relevant things from my wizard search?

When selecting "Active Lifestyle" Or "Persona" make sure you select the best match to the person you are gifting for. If you are not sure about your friend or family member's "Active Lifestyle", don't guess. Sometimes choosing only what you're sure about will give you a better result; you can always edit their profile later. Price also plays a big factor when selecting a gift.

Why am I not seeing my friend's "Wishlist"?

Please make sure the phone number EXACTLY matches his/her phone number or verify that they didn't change the number. If there is a mistake by one digit you will not see his or her "Wishlist".

How do I edit my contact information?

>Navigate and click on your profile icon top left. >The profile pane will open and show "Edit Profile" >Make the necessary changes and don't forget to click "Update" to save your changes.

How many items can I save in my Wishlist or Favorites?

The maximum is 50. The software will let you know that you have reached your limit. If you want to add more items, you will need to delete something already saved, so choose wisely.

What is the difference between my "Wishlist" and my "Favorites"? Are they the same?

FAVORITES-Your favorites items are saved to be purchased later by you. WISHLIST-Your wishlist is what you choose to be purchased by someone else for you. You can optionally make it private.

Why do I sometimes see items for males when I am clearly buying for females?
